Beginners Classes

On your arrival, our instructor would like to get to know you a little better so please have a chat before the class to discuss any issues or goals you have.


Following your registration we ask you to inform the Instructor and keep them updated if you have a health problem or spine problem or any medical issue that we need to know about. This is so we can help keep you safe and also use expertise during your class.


During your class you will be instructed on the methods to engage your core correctly, and be taken through a sequence of exercises which will build strength, control and stability throughout the whole body.


Please bring: Your own mat and wear loose and comfortable clothing. Pilates or grip socks. Water bottle.
